With extensive experience in automotive innovation, Andrea oversees projects integrating battery technologies, e-axles, and fuel cells, as well as initiatives in AI and racing applications. He holds an International Executive MBA from Bologna Business School, where he specialized in digital transformation and international growth. Passionate about technology and people, Andrea promotes a collaborative, forward-thinking culture to accelerate the transition toward sustainable and high-performance mobility.

Luca Giovenzana is ePowertrain Innovation Manager at FPT Industrial (IVECO Group), where he drives the development of advanced hybrid and electric propulsion architectures for commercial vehicles. With more than six years at FPT, he has played a key role in shaping next-generation e-axle and battery system innovations that bridge performance, efficiency, and sustainability. Previously serving as Chief Engineer for Hybrid Engines, Luca combines deep technical expertise with a strategic approach to system integration. He holds an Executive MBA from EMBA Ticinensis and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, graduating with honors in leadership and business strategy.
