Vincent Laporte is the technical director and product manager at CETRAC.io for real time secure communications product line since 2015.
He holds an Arts et Métiers engineering degree specialized in electronics and automation and a Supelec engineering degree in computer science.
He started his career at CISI (subsidiary of CEA) and worked 20 years in the animation and special effects industry creating software suites and companies for their international distribution and also production studios.
After 2010 he was the operations and technical manager at SILKAN supervising the high performance computing and the training simulation activities, before focusing mainly on CetraC technology.

CetraC technology development started in 2015 and is owned by CetraC.io company. CetraC.io was created in 2018, has a dozen of founders and engineers, and is operating in Paris and near Marseille. CetraC technology hardware networking beats the competition in the aircraft business on a regular basis for time and safety-critical networking. Aircraft manufacturers rely on electronic architectures combining legacy systems and new generation technologies such as highspeed backbones and sensor networks. In a few words, CetraC hardware implementation is faster, safer, lighter and more flexible than traditional software-based gateway and networking solutions, especially when bandwidth expectations increase. CetraC is already supporting CAN, automotive Ethernet, TSN, as well as direct interfacing with processors. Hence CETRAC enables native backward compatibility with any protocol existing on the market, along with safety levels expected for aircraft. As of today, CETRAC is the core networking technology of the light armored helicopter in Korea that made its first flight in 2019. It is also present in a European helicopter and fighter aircraft, retrofit, as well as in a military aircraft in the USA.
