After finishing his studies at Belarussian State University in Minsk and receiving his Diploma in computer science in 2005, Valiantsin Hardzeyeu has joined Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Media Technology in Ilmenau/Germany as software engineer. During the following 6 years he was involved in software development for computer vision systems.

Starting from 2012 he is with HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH in Berlin, involved in functional software development for automotive radars as a software engineer and after a few years as a project manager.

Since 2017 he moved forward and took over the role as a senior project manager within the business unit Testing Solutions being responsible for development and validation projects within the automotive industry.
