Tomislav Gradinščak is CFD Engineer at Rimac Technology. He has a strong devotion to growth and improvement. As his everyday job, he is involved primarily in battery systems design and optimization at Rimac Technology. In order to achieve great results and overcome challenges he strives to implement his theoretical and practical knowledge of simulations in inventive and clever ways as well as his engineering experience and cooperation with teammates.

Having delivered technology for many small-volume projects in the past years, Rimac Technology is ramping up its production capacity and will be manufacturing 40,000 batteries per year in 2024 – and this is just one of 12 OEM projects currently ongoing, ranging from small hybrid battery systems to full rolling chassis.
