Rafael Mora is a Calibration Engineer and Tuning Specialist in Hybrid Energy Management at HORSE Technologies, where he focuses on optimizing e-motor integration, hybrid calibration, and energy efficiency strategies. He combines hands-on experience in powertrain testing with expertise in simulation and calibration under diverse conditions, including mountain and snow environments. Alongside his professional role, he is pursuing a Master’s in Industrial Engineering at the University of Valladolid, building on his engineering degree from the University of Seville. His background also includes teaching and mentoring, reflecting a strong commitment to both technical excellence and human development.
