Himanshu Agarwal studied at the Technical University of Hamburg in Germany, where he received his M.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering. After completion of his master’s degree, he joined HELLA as a Functional Safety Expert. The focus of his work is on Functional Safety of Machine Learning/AI for Advanced Driving Assistance Systems up to Autonomous Driving Level 5. In this context he is leading a research project, contributing to Advanced Engineering Projects, consulting Series Projects and preparing his industrial PhD in cooperation with HELLA.
