Specialized in strategic product development, innovation, and intellectual property management, he oversees the entire process from design to production. At Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves, he has further expanded his expertise in vehicle thermal management and valve technologies, with a strong focus on new business development and cutting-edge innovations. Gaetan holds an engineering degree in electronic embedded systems from ECE Paris and HES-SO in Switzerland.
