Reichert has a 25-year proven track record in the automotive electronics business (Infotainment, ADAS) at global Tier 1 suppliers. Previous to AEye, he was Vice President of Sales and Business Development (Global Driving Assistance) at VALEO, where he was responsible for components, sensors, domain controllers, systems and functions, autonomous parking and driving, and more, with global OEMs and new mobility players as his customers. At Valeo, Reichert managed a worldwide sales team, established strong customer relationships with key decision makers, and was responsible for 2.5 Bn€ in sales in 2021 with CAGR >15%, growing >4 Bn€ in the next three years. Prior to VALEO, Bernd was Vice President and General Manager, OEM Customer Group at Visteon (formerly Johnson Controls). He studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) in Baden-Württemberg.
