Nicola Rossi

Motor design lead, Rimac Technology

Nicola Rossi is Motor Development Lead at Rimac Technology, where he oversees the full e-motor development team, coordinating mechanical design, thermal/fluid and electromagnetic simulations with a focus on performance and cost efficiency. Over the past three years at Rimac, he has led the design of high-performance, mid-volume e-machines integrated into advanced drivetrains, working closely with global suppliers and OEMs. Previously, Nicola gained experience at HPE COXA as a mechanical designer and fluid dynamics simulation engineer, specializing in high-performance electrical machines. He holds a degree from Politecnico di Torino, where he also supported teaching in mechanical engineering.
