Ali Kholghi is a mechanical engineer with over seven years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and thermal management. He is currently a Project Research Associate at Tampere University, Finland, where he researches oil spray cooling for EV motors as a promising next-generation thermal management technique. His work combines CFD simulations and experimental testing to evaluate cooling performance, optimize nozzle design, and improve motor reliability and lifespan. With prior R&D experience at MOTOGEN and MAPFAN, he brings both academic and industrial expertise to advancing innovative cooling solutions that address the challenges of high-power electric drivetrains.
